Three separate occurrences are apparently unconnected, the theft of Stinger missiles from an Army facility, the suspicions of a young woman in a storage depot in northern Victoria, and the disappearance of two young men from their Melbourne apartment.

As Police and security services carry out their separate investigations it’s discovered that the three cases are intertwined, and relate to a planned terror attack which is the precursor to a coup d’etat in a Pacific island nation.

The authorities have only a limited time at their disposal and are hampered by a lack of definite information.
